Apple’s AI system, Apple Intelligence, introduced last year, enriches user experience but lacked Turkish language support for users in Turkey. Now, this situation is changing; the development that emerged as a surprise in Turkish in iOS 26.1 Beta shows that Apple Intelligence has started working with Turkish.
The testing process of iOS updates is carried out through developers and beta users. In the beta version, functions such as email summaries, smart notification management, and content creation can also be used in Turkish language support. iPhone owners in Turkey will now be able to benefit from AI features without having to change the language.
Not just for Turkey, but Apple’s plan to expand language support is regarded as a global movement. With the new update, languages such as Chinese, Danish, Dutch, Norwegian, Swedish, Portuguese, and Vietnamese will also be included in Apple Intelligence.
The exact date when the stable version will arrive has not been announced yet; this feature, currently in beta, progresses with bug fixing and final improvements. The first stable release is expected to reach all compatible iPhone models in the coming weeks or at the latest within a few months.
This development offers users in Turkey the opportunity to experience Apple Intelligence in their own language and significantly improves the local user experience.
