The content support that Riot Games continues to provide for Valorant keeps evolving by focusing on the first-person perspective. An announcement states that the new Valorant agent, Veto, will be added to the game.
This update, announced with the phrase “Let’s Meet the New Valorant Agent Veto,” represents the first player of Senegalese origin based on the roster structure that emerged during the VCT Championships 2025, and is officially added with version 11.08. The agent’s abilities include the capacity to use all abilities simultaneously in Mutation Mode, allowing players to experience a more dynamic gameplay.
The agent’s abilities are highlighted as follows: with the Teleportation and Trap Setting (C) ability, an energy orb is launched onto the ground; when aimed at, the player can teleport to that spot. The energy orb can be purchased and reclaimed, making it ready for reuse. The Banning Trap (Q), when thrown, hits the ground and turns into a trap, trapping enemies within its area of effect; it silences and begins to disarm them, but the trap can be destroyed before enemies activate it.
TheDevice Destruction System (E) can be placed at a specific point and activated. In this case, all devices that are bounced or shot by a weapon and can be destroyed are eliminated, and they can also be neutralized by enemies like the Banning Trap. Mutation Mode (X) enables the agent to reach full mutation and grants effects such as Combat Enhancement and health regeneration. While the mode is active, all abilities can be used simultaneously, and the agent becomes more resistant to all kinds of damage.
